Festival plum jam

Late summer and early autumn is a time the main fruit of generous Prydounayska lowlands the plum is maturing . A plum jam is very interesting doing for a happy holiday, the highlight of which is a competition of  the delicious jam "Lequarré" cooking.

Viewers can not only watch as the traditional cooked with plums jam but also taste the finished product, as well as various dishes jam: hombovtsi, cakes, dumplings, pancakes, palynky, vertuny ...  It offers to eat such food mostly Hungarian cuisine as goulash, soup, smoked sausages. These dishes will be served local wines and slyv'yanku that every owner makes from old family recipes.
