Zhdanivka, private house “Family nest” – rest near Skhidnytsa
Location
Private house “Family nest” is located in Zhdanivka village Drohobych region; it is not far from famous resort Skhidnytsa. There is a spring of mineral water in Zhdanivka village as well as in Skhidnytsa and Truskavets. As to its composition this type of water is similar to mineral water type “Naftusya”. The house is located at the distance of 800 m from the spring.
Description
It is suggested living in wooden cottages built in the Carpathians’ classic style. Rooms are built of environmentally friendly materials as follows: wood of spruce, larch, birch, maple and beech.
Features of the private house “Family nest” are Russian bath and tubs of healing spring water.
We offer for tourists and nature-lovers walking and auto tours around Carpathians, quad bikes ridding, horses ridding and sledges.
We breed fish: carp, trout. That is why this private house can be attractive both for lovers of fishing and lovers of delicate fish dishes.
Snipers and beginners of this kind of entertainment can test their skills in the sport of archery, arbalest, pneumatic rifle and gun.
After all entertainments offered guests can strength health with mineral water type “Naftusya”. (:))
Accommodation
Private house “Family nest” is located in Zhdanivka village. There are rooms in cottages for gusts where you can stay and spend holidays.
The first cottage: a two-story, 6-seater, 3 rooms.
On the ground floor:
- • room with a fireplace;
- • kitchen for self-cooking (electric cooker, refrigerator, microwave, cookware set);
- • russian bath;
- • terrace with mountain views;
- • bathroom (2 showers, toilet, wash basin).
- • satellite TV, DVD;
On the first floor there are:
- • three bedrooms made of wood (beech, spruce,larch) ;
- • balcony with mountain views;
- • 2 bathrooms (shower, 2 wash basins, 2 toilets, number of towels - 2 per 1 person).
Each room has:
- • double bed;
- • satellite TV;
- • coffee table;
- • chairs;
- • wardrobe;
- • cold and hot water 24 hours.
The second cottage, a two-storey, 8-10-seater, 4 rooms.
Under construction only environmentally friendly materials have been used: cherry, ash, birch, maple.
On the ground floor:
- • fireplace (fireplace, banquet table, sofa, satellite TV, DVD);
- • kitchen for self-catering (electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishes);
- • terrace with mountain views;
- • bathroom (bath, 2 wash basins, 2 toilets, number of towels - 2 per 1 person).
One-bedroom 2-bed room area to 16 sq.m.:
- • double bed;
- • satellite TV;
- • bedside table;
- • wardrobe;
2 bathrooms (shower, wash basin, toilet, towels - 2 for 1 person).
The third cottage: two-storey, 6-seater, 2 rooms
On the ground floor:
- • recreation room with satellite TV, DVD;
- • kitchen for self-catering (electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishes);
- • russian bath;
- • bathhouse in the manger;
- • Cleopatra bath;
- • bathroom (shower, toilet, wash basin).
On the first floor:
- • 2 room "suite" of natural wood (beech, spruce, larch);
- • one double room with a large bed, second - with two sofa beds;
- • balcony with mountain views;
- • 2 bathrooms (shower, wash basin, toilet, towels - 2 for 1 person).
The fourth cottage: one-storey, 6-seater, in the style of "retro"
2 rooms with natural wood.

- • bathroom (shower, toilet, wash basin, towels - 2 for 1 person).

Price
The price for the cottage in 2019
- • cottage №1 - 3000 UAH;
- • cottage №2 - 3500 UAH;
- • cottage №3 - 3000 UAH;
- • cottage №4 - 2500 UAH.
The price for the double room - 500 UAH.
Prices are valid for the whole year with the exception of holidays. Extra bed is 200 UAH per person. There is a flexible system of discounts depending on the number of days of stay.
Meals
Private house “Family nest” in Zhdanivka village offers meals to order. There is a restaurant on the territory of the recreation center where you will also be offered dishes of old Ukrainian cuisine. There is a possibility of self-cooking as well.
