Location

Private house is located in Pylypets village, Mizhhiria region, Zakarpattia oblast. The house in Pylypets is in about 2 km from ski lifts and close to the village center. Regular buses stop near the house and drive to chair lift and rope tow. The same road leads to waterfall Shypit and to the turn of the mountain road towards Podobovets.

Description

Private house "At Mariana and Michael's" is a three-storey building in Pylypets for 10 rooms. The house has a kitchen, a sauna, a Russian bath, autonomous heating, cold and hot water is 24 hours. There is a small river not far from the house, near the river there is a summer house, a chargrill. The territory is big; there is parking as well. Rooms are well-equipped with wooden furniture, elements of decoration as well.
On the ground floor there is the kitchen, dining room, terrace, bathroom, drying room for clothes and shoes.
On the first and second floors there are rooms.
The first floor - two rooms for four sleeps and one room for six sleeps, shower and toilet.
The second floor - five double rooms and two rooms for four sleeps. Two rooms have bathrooms and there is a bathroom on the floor.
