Villa "Oleksa" in Skhidnytsia

Description of the cottage

Villa "Oleksa" consists of two-storey wooden cottages – the large and the small one. The villa is spacious, decorated with the elements of landscape design and equipped for the comfortable stay of guests. On the territory there is a swing, a grill and parking as well. Cottages can be rented completely.

Cottage 1 corresponds to the level of so called "apartments" and designed for 10 people.

• • Area is of 200 sq. m.
• • the ground floor contains:
  the fire place with a folding sofa,
  the kitchen,
  the bedroom with a toilet and a shower.
• • the first floor:
  two rooms with single beds, necessary furniture and TV;
  the third room has double bed, furniture and TV;
  there is an entrance to the balcony.

All wooden furniture is handmade, wooden floor is in all rooms.

Cottage 2 has the area of 75 sq. m.

• • the ground floor contains:
  terrace;
  the kitchen and the living room with a fire place;
  chairs;
  kitchen cupboard;
  refrigerator;
  sofa;
  bathroom;
  Russian bath.
• • the first floor has the following:
  the separate entrance from the terrace;
  room with double bed, furniture, TV and the bathroom.

There is a table and electric stove on the terrace; from the terrace there is an entrance to the territory.
