The private house is located in 50 m from the highway Ivano-Frankivsk – Mukachevo; it is on Horishkiv section and it has convenient location for trips to Bukovel. It is 9 km to Bukovel. There are several lifts nearby. The nearest of them is "Yablunytsia Pass" in 100 m, in 500 m there is «Krutyi zaizd» lift, for beginners there is «Korivka» lift. There is a bus stop near the house. There is an access to the house for cars and a parking place as well.
Description
The house has a large territory with two cottages, a wooden restaurant, a sauna, summer houses, swings and a folding swimming pool. There is Wi-Fi Internet. Beautiful views of mountains and fir forests open from the windows of the hotel.
Accommodation
This hotel has 10 rooms of «junior suite» and «luxury» classes. Each room has necessary furniture, a modern TV, a refrigerator, kitchen utensils, a kettle, a bathroom, a hair dryer. Cold and hot water is 24 hours. There is a water heating system. Rooms are spacious; its area is about of 20 sq.m. «Junior suite» rooms can accommodate 3 people, «luxury» rooms - 4 people. All the rooms, except two, have balconies. «Luxury» room is two-room. In the living room there is a sofa, a refrigerator and a table. In the bedroom there is a double bed, necessary furniture. There is an entrance for two rooms.
Prices
Prices must be agreed at the reception while booking rooms. The cheapest prices are in summer, the highest prices are on New Year's and Christmas holidays.
Meal
Breakfast is included in winter. Dinner is on request. In summer you can order meal in the wooden restaurant. Specialties are as follows: mushroom's soup, banosh (it is the traditional corn cereal made in the sour cream ), Hutsul roast meat (chynakhi), potato pancakes with mushrooms, herbal teas. All these dishes are prepared from homemade products (milk, cheese, meat).

Skiing and snowboards are the main entertainment in winter, Bukovel. Gathering of mushrooms and berries, walking tours are the main entertainment in summer. This private house can be a starting point for those who want to conquer Hoverla through Vorokhta, Kuzmenshchyk, Rakhiv or Burkut. As far as Yablunytsia is near the Pass which divides Prykarpattia and Zakarpattia, you can stay here for further travel in one or other way. Both in summer and in winter will be interesting excursions to Yaremche, Rakhiv, Uzhgorod and Mukachevo.
How to get this place
By train: you have to get to Ivano-Frankivsk or Yaremche and then by bus to Yablunytsia.
By bus: you have to take any bus from Ivano-Frankivsk towards Yaremche in the direction to Uzhgorod or Mukachevo.
By car: if you travel from Yaremche side you have to drive the center of Yablunytsia, on the right there is a sign to the house. If you travel from Lazeshchyna side you have to drive the turn on so called "new" road to Bukovel, in 1,5 km to turn to the house according to the sign.
