Private house "The Artist's House" is a two-storey wooden building intended for 7 rooms. The house can accommodate up to 19 people. Each floor has a hall where except the necessary furniture there is a dining table and a microwave. Each floor has its own entrance. The territory is well-designed. There is a summer house, a lake with trout, chargrill. There is a gas cooker for self-cooking as well.
In Synevyrska Polyana there were built two guest cottages. In the cottages there are 7 rooms and a 4-bed room with the bath. Children can play on the playground. For relaxation, guests can use gazebo, barbecue, swings and bar with 50 seats. There is a small conference hall as well.
