VІІІ National Chocolate Festival in Lviv on 6-8 March
Perhaps there is no man on earth who would remain indifferent when it is mentioned chocolate. Someone loves it, someone can not imagine life without it, but there are those who hate it, because it destroys all dream of a strict diet and rapid weight loss, someone thanks that it can combine hearts in love and someone just taste, drink, cook, buy and give it and someone feels happy that this great product exists on our planet and brings so much joys and good emotions to people.
 Chocolate is always special: delicious, sweet, passionate, diverse and multifaceted.
That is why in the glorious city of Lviv will stage a grand chocolate event — National Chocolate Festival. This so called fairy tale will held for three days from 6th to 8th March. It is the 8th festival of chocolate which to be held this year in Lviv Palace of Art.
The best Ukrainian producers of chocolate will present their the most delicious products on this festival. Each guest will be able to try original chocolate drinks, to buy souvenirs from chocolate, to visit various master-classes and to learn from the best chocolate producers of Lviv and Ukraine how to make this magic product.
And whatever kind of chocolate you like – black, white, milk, with nuts or raisins, or with some filling etc. – you will find on this festival something that would be surprised at you. The chocolate festival is a real fairy tale where all dreams will come true.
Chocolate here comes to life, falls in love, it is charmed and amazed by its tastes and shapes. For guests of the festival it will be done the real chocolate table for the second time where not only desserts, but even service items will affect by its unusual chocolate forms. The highlight of the festival will be a six-meter chocolate mill and a giant chocolate box of sweets with length of 4 m and hight of 7m. It will be in the lobby of the Palace of Art on the ground floor.
Sculptors of Lviv will make from chocolate all well-known architectural monuments of Lviv and «Lviv manufacture of candles» special for this festival will produce unusual candles in shape, color and aroma resemble real dark chocolate. A master-class of making candles will held here as well.
For those who are well-known lovers of chocolate, and for their parents will be a program for children: master-classes on making your favorite desserts, chocolate trailer or train named after children's names with which children will be able to make a journey around «Children's chocolate land».
Traditionally there will be a special chocolate-mail where you will be able to send cards with greetings from Lviv: «From Lviv with Love» in any part of our planet and make a surprise to your relatives.
The second day of the National Chocolate Festival will stage the forth Championship of confectioners-amateurs «Home-made confectioner», where everyone who has some special recipes with chocolate, will be able to demonstrate their abilities and compete the award of the country's best confectioner-amateurs.
 The third day of the festival – 8th March – International Women's Day, on the main stage of «Chocolate Event» the chocolate workshop will create a huge chocolate truffle and will treat guests of the festival.
Another nice gift for guests of National Chocolate Festival will be a chocolate lottery with special admission tickets «ChocoCards». This ticket will give an opportunity to take so called gifts-memory of National Chocolate Festival, interesting proposals from the friends of the festival and prizes in daily drawing.
